What are your opening hours?
Every day, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Festival days may differ.
How do I book an appointment?

What if my nails chip after my appointment?
Message the studio and book a fix. We repair it free of charge.
What services do you offer?
Nail extensions (acrylic, gel, soft gel and temporary), gel polish and overlays, nail art including chrome, cat-eye, ombré and 3D, manicures and pedicures, lash extensions and microblading. We also run an academy.
Nail extensions
How much do nail extensions cost in Bhopal at The Nail Story?
Acrylic extensions are ₹2,800, gel extensions ₹2,500, soft gel or Gel-X ₹2,200 and temporary extensions ₹1,500. A gel overlay on your natural nails is ₹1,500, gel refilling is ₹1,700 and extension removal is ₹600.
What is the difference between acrylic, gel and Gel-X?
Acrylic is a powder and liquid that is sculpted onto the nail and hardens in the air, so it is strong and suits longer shapes. Gel is brushed on and cured under a lamp, which gives a flexible, glossy finish. Soft gel tips such as Gel-X are pre-shaped full-cover tips fixed with gel, so they are light and quick. Temporary extensions are for a short spell, such as one big event.
How often do extensions need a refill?
Extensions are usually refilled every three to four weeks, as your natural nail grows out underneath. Gel refilling at the studio is ₹1,700.
Can I choose the shape and length?
Yes. Bring a picture or tell your artist what you like, and they will confirm the shape and length that suit your natural nails.
What happens if a nail chips after my appointment?
Message the studio and book a fix. We repair it free of charge.
How do I take extensions off safely?
Book an extension removal (₹600) instead of peeling them off. Peeling can lift layers of your natural nail with it.
Nail art
How much does nail art cost in Bhopal at The Nail Story?
Chrome is ₹80 per finger, cat-eye ₹100 per nail, ombré ₹100 per nail, nail art from ₹50 and 3D art from ₹150. The final price depends on how many nails you decorate.
What is chrome?
A fine powder rubbed over cured gel that gives a mirror or glazed finish. It can go on a whole set or only on the tips.
What is cat-eye?
A gel with magnetic particles. The artist holds a magnet over each nail to pull the shimmer into a band of light that moves as you turn your hand.
Can you copy a design from Pinterest or Instagram?
Yes. Bring the picture. Matching references is something our Google reviewers often mention.
Can I do just one accent nail?
Yes. Because art is priced per nail, you can decorate one or two nails and keep the rest plain.
Bridal nails
How early should I book bridal nails?
As early as you can, especially in the wedding season. A consultation a few weeks ahead gives you time to settle the design. The final set is usually done one to two days before your first function.
Will the set last through mehndi and haldi?
One of our reviewers wrote that her set had no chips and every stone in place a month later, even after haldi. If anything does chip, message us and we fix it free.
Can the nails match my outfit and jewellery?
Yes. Bring pictures of your outfits and jewellery to the consultation and the artist will plan colours and art around them.
How much do bridal nails cost?
Your set is priced from the regular menu: a base such as gel extensions (₹2,500) or acrylic (₹2,800), plus any art per nail. Your artist confirms the full price before starting.
Manicure and pedicure
How much is a manicure or pedicure in Bhopal at The Nail Story?
A classic manicure is ₹600 and a classic pedicure ₹700. Step manicures are ₹1,200 (3-step), ₹1,400 (5-step) and ₹2,000 (7-step). Step pedicures are ₹1,600, ₹1,800 and ₹2,500.
Can I add gel polish?
Yes. Gel polish is ₹1,000, and gel polish removal is ₹300 when you are ready for a change.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. The studio is open every day from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Is it my first time?

Lash extensions
How much are lash extensions in Bhopal at The Nail Story?
Full sets are ₹3,000 to ₹4,500 depending on the style. Refills start at ₹1,500 and removal is ₹800.
What lash styles can I choose?
Classic (one extension on each natural lash), volume (a light fan of several fine extensions on each lash) and hybrid (a mix of the two), in looks such as natural, doll eye, cat eye and wispy. Your artist maps the set to your eye shape.
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions fall out with your natural lashes as they shed, so a set thins out gradually. Dermatology guidance puts a set at about four weeks, with refills every two to four weeks. Refills at the studio start at ₹1,500.

How do I look after lash extensions?
Keep them dry for the first day, avoid oil-based cleansers and mascara on the extensions, brush them gently with a clean spoolie and never pull or pick at them. Your artist explains aftercare at the end of the appointment.
Do you do lash lifts?
Yes, ask the studio for the lash lift price when you book. A lift curls your own lashes, while extensions add length and fullness.
Can extensions be removed safely?
Yes. Book a lash extension removal (₹800) rather than pulling them, which can damage your natural lashes.
Microblading
How much does microblading cost in Bhopal at The Nail Story?
₹8,000 per sitting. Ask the studio about the follow-up touch-up when you book.
Is microblading permanent?
It is semi-permanent. The pigment sits in the upper layers of the skin and fades gradually. Published guidance commonly puts results at around 18 to 30 months, fading faster on oily skin, so most people plan touch-ups over time.
Does microblading hurt?
Most people describe it as scratchy rather than painful. Discomfort varies from person to person; talk to your artist before you start.
How long does microblading take to heal?
The brows look darker at first, then flake and soften over the first couple of weeks. Full healing usually takes four to six weeks, which is when the true colour shows.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Pregnancy, some skin conditions, recent peels or certain medicines can mean it should wait. Your artist checks suitability before starting, and you should check with your doctor if you have a medical condition.
How do I prepare for microblading?
Come with your natural brows, and tell your artist about any skin conditions, allergies or medicines when you book.
